About
Karnataka Navajeevana Samithi (KNS) is one of the biggest mission fields of the Mar Thoma Church considering both the geographical vastness as well as the ministry. God has been used KNS mission for the glory of God these years. Majority of the evangelists working in Karnataka and nearby states are from the churches under KNS. The mission activities increased as well as the needs.
Mission
KNS was formed in 1970 as a registered society. The founder was Dr. C. A. Thomas . Now it has completed four decades of missionary presence in the villages of South Karnataka. Under KNS we could reach more than 160 villages with the Gospel. The mission centres are Sidlaghatta, Chinthamani & Rayalpadu. Rev. J. Chinnadore, Rev. Sabu Thomas and Rev. Ajith Eapen Thomas are serving as the missionaries.
